Awaken your spirit.

Lynda Evans at The Emporium

After a few years in Santa Fe and Atlanta, Lynda Evans celebrated her return to Knoxville with a show at The Emporium Center in Knoxville. The exhibit was in place for three weeks and featured Lynda’s well-known equine artwork and several figurative pieces.

There was a corral of horses in this exhibit including iconic images like Matched Pair and Muse.

The rustic exposed brick and well-worn floors were perfect complements to Lynda’s art.

The Emporium is a great resource for artists and art lovers. It serves as a bright spot in Knoxville’s growing art community.

Awaken Your Spirit is a line from a poem by John O’Donohue and an essential theme to Lynda Evans as an artist.

Let The Beauty You Love, Be What You Do, 30" x 44," is ensconced into what must have been an Emporium doorway.

A powerful expression of feminine strength, this piece works well both vertically and horizontally.

Congratulations Elizabeth!

Elizabeth Driver won a drawing for an 18” x 24” archival print of Matched Pair.
